What is kinesiology
The Specialized Kinesiology is a method in which the operator receives information on individual energy imbalances through muscle testing. The muscles have been changes in the physiology of the body, manifesting with greater or lesser tension. The muscle test consists of a variable pressure on the muscles, to notice the quality of response of the muscles themselves. Kinesiologist for the change in muscle response testing (more or less strong muscle) means that there is something on which to focus attention. The muscle tests can be performed directly on the specific muscles to note their state, or after performing the methods chosen by the operator on a subjective basis.
Speaking of the specific muscle testing, assume we can run the test to highlight the status of the clavicular pectoralis muscle. The person undergoing the test are asked to put themselves in a position that allows you to test the pectoral muscle, bringing it closer and contracting it. The operator performs a pressure to stretch or inhibit muscle. The muscle will respond promptly or in slow form or not respond at all. If the results are the last two, they will proceed with the corrections.
The second use of the muscles is to highlight if there is stress in an area that is independent of the tested muscle. For example, if you want to know if there is a situation that gives emotional stress, you’ll think about that situation and at the same time the operator will make the test on a muscle. If we want to know if any part of the body has an energy deficit, we touch that part while we perform muscle testing. In these cases the muscle response will be in relation to what we are doing at the same time to test or just before it. Generally when we find an imbalance, the muscle will give us an inhibited response.
The operator then will proceed with the re-balancing techniques, which will be chosen on a priority basis always with the use of muscle testing. The most suitable corrections strengthen more muscles that were weakened.
The type of correction that strengthens the muscle also indicates the factor that contributes to the energy imbalance
